Dr. Haas has authored works in the fields of health, nutrition and detoxification, and is working on expanding three of his best-sellers — Staying Healthy with the Seasons (1981, 2004), Staying Healthy with Nutrition (1992, 2006), and The Detox Diet (1994, 2012).

Dr. Haas’ books reveal the basic links between diet and a commonsense lifestyle.
